Mass Supreme Court upholds law re: Secure storage of firearms |

The Massachusetts Supreme Court has upheld the Massachusetts law concerning the mandate to secure firearms by use of a locked container or trigger lock. Th SJC reversed a motion to dismiss based on the Heller decsion of the US Supreme Court.
