As voted by the WMCOPA at the last Board Meeting, Departments may now sponsor applicants despite the fact that they do not have a vacant position for them to fill upon graduation. Sponsorship by a Department, however, is STILL a requirment. In addition, applicants must be 19 years of age ( instead of 21) at the discretion of the sponsoring Chief.
