SJC Ruling could jeopradize gun convictions |

According to today's Boston Globe a ruling by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court last Summer requiring Lab Technicians to testify to test result, instead of relying on lab reports, has been extended by the Appelate Court to gun cases. The Appeals Court has overturned dozens of convictions becasue the technicain conducting the ballistic report was unavailable. See story in the Boston Globe
